Meghan Ramil is an Editorial Coordinator at the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in Washington D.C. where she manages manuscript submissions and the peer review process.

 

She previously worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Stones’ Phones, a progressive political consulting firm in Washington D.C., where she coordinated and implemented call programs and Telephone Town Halls for progressive candidates and non-profit organizations.

 

In 2017, she also interned at the Academic Publications department of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and helped manage the Holocaust and Genocide Studies journal.

 

Meghan graduated from Grand Valley State University in April 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and German and participated in the 2015 Global Youth Connect delegation in Rwanda. 

 

Her interest in foreign affairs was sparked in her youth as an Air Force brat while moving between the United States and Europe every three years. She also holds dual citizenship in the United States and the Netherlands and speaks German, Dutch, and English.
